1. Purpose of this website

This app presents preliminary, non-binding information on a planned Co-Ownership model for two cave villas in Elounda, Crete. Registered members can view further material, including a financial model, and indicate their interest; the initiator may invite them to a questionnaire and into an inner circle that receives further updates. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, an invitation to subscribe, or legal, tax or investment advice. Any participation would be agreed separately, in writing, with the project's initiator.

2. Registration and approval

Registration requires your name, a valid email address, your main residence and a password. The initiator decides at their sole discretion whom to invite to the questionnaire and into the inner circle. There is no entitlement to an invitation or to participation, and access may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Confidentiality

The material made available to members, in particular all financial figures, the floor plans and every message in the inbox, is confidential and intended for you personally. You agree not to copy, forward or publish it, and not to share your sign-in details with others.

4. Accuracy of information

All plans, visualisations, figures and dates reflect the current planning status. The construction project has not yet received the required approvals. Figures are model assumptions that have not been professionally validated and may change materially. You are responsible for your own assessment, where appropriate with suitably qualified advisers.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may close accounts that are used in breach of these terms.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory statutory provisions. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual duties and then only for foreseeable, typical damage. The availability of this website is not guaranteed.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Hamburg.
